"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "Not anything like the pictures advertised at all. The first "deluxe" room had roaches running across the door as he opened it. He ran and got keys to a couple other rooms, and each one was just as horrible. Finally, got me in the last one. I sit still for a few minutes and you guessed it, a roach took off across the desk. I grabbed all my stuff and ran out the building and canceled this place with Expedia. "
