"What a special place, one of the most beautiful beaches is right behind the property and my cabin was super cozy. Lounge, kitchen, and bathrooms were very neat and comfortable. Absolutely loved it here! "

"Traveling for 3 months in NZ... only here 2 nights but wished we had more time! Steph was quick to answer any questions/concerns promptly. Location is close/walking distance to town with a great restaurant! Surrounded by bush and beautiful bird calls. Bach was clean and cozy with a warm fireplace to add to the ambiance!We found spices/seasonings above the fridge the day we left... not sure if it was okay for us to use but I never contacted host as some properties do provide essential cooking basics while others do not. Either way I would come back here for sure!"

"What a fabulous find. Extremely clean place, walking distace to the beach to find sealions basking in the sun, well equipped kitchen with comfy beds and a sunny lounge to relax in. A geat meeting place of interesting travellers, and the best hosts. Thankyou so much for your hospitality. 💝💖"

"This was a gem of a property to find. The historic house and the hosts were exceptional. We were only there for 1 night, but they made us feel like friends that had returned for a visit. Absolutely recommend a stay here. And the homemade breakfast breads were amazing!"

"As you pull up the crib is hidden from view by well tended mature plants and what a delight you’ll get as you emerge from the path. The well maintained, comfortable and well laid out accomodation surpasses expectations, we loved our 2 night stay. The outside areas were also better than expected and we enjoyed both meals and relaxation in the spaces, which also enjoyed awesome views of the sweeping beach to Kaka Point village, a lovely 15minute walk away along the beach. A lovely 10minute drive along the coast, in the opposite direction, brings you to the spectacular Nugget point.We highly recommend this crib to others."
