"Its my second stay here. It is very good , but better the first time , the private room was surprisingly much noiser than the share room i had last time . Noise through the walls , could easily here people talking loud and snoring, noise at 3am 4am 5am from floor above . Still , probably id come back , but only ina shared room which strangely was quieter. "

"We had an excellent experience at KAI Ito! Our family of four stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub. The suite was large and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were included. The food was extravagant and excellent, but note that it will not be appropriate for very picky eaters. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, accomodating to children, and their English was fantastic! I highly recommend this resort for families. "Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable.
