"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room itself was dirty—stained bed sheets, no duvet - just a thin sheet, plugs falling off the walls with exposed wiring, clumps of dust and towels that were old and fraying at the edges. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The worst part? They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Imagine walking into what you think is your room, only to find someone else already there. It was deeply embarrassing...

"The value for the money is great, a bit remote. We had issues with the payment from hotels.com since they insisted that we had to pay on checkout even though we had prepaid everything. They also claimed that they were not registered on hotels.com A couple of phone calls later everything sorted itself out so no harm."

"The hotel kept on saying I have not paid, lock all doors and did not allow us to check in until I shown them my confirmation email. The rooms were very dirty especially the toilet. All things were broken in the shower room, no hot water, no blankets. Please keep away from this hotel if possible."
