"This hotel is incredible. It's in a busy area on a busy street and somehow you cannot hear any of that, it's so praceful. The grounds, lights, decor are beautiful. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I just couldn't recommend this place enough. "

"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club. Virtual Reality/charity shop should be repurposed as Muay Thai boxing/gym extension. "

"Extremely diligent staff and comfortable rooms. I was so sick while I was here (not because of the hotel!) and they cared for me so well and made such I got the medical care I needed. The room was lovely and dinners in the evening were lovely but I'll never forget the kindness of the hotel staff helping me in my hour of need. They identified I needed medical help and got it to me so quickly and stayed with me."
