Villa Rosalie is located in the village of Kaštelir near Poreč. This modern villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, who will certainly enjoy everything it has to offer. Besides the outdoor pool surrounded by a green garden, the villa also has an infrared sauna, making it ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The villa is also fully fenced and pet friendly, so you can bring your pets with you and let them enjoy the spacious garden.

The interior of the villa measures 160 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a large sofa, ideal for enjoying some time indoors.
