"Das Haus ist so gut wie beschrieben. Im Vergleich zu anderen neueren Häusern sind die Schlafzimmer ausgesprochen groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Erdgeschoß ist bezüglich Größe und Ausstattung perfekt. Die große Dachterrasse ist nur zu erreichen wenn man Lust hat durch das komplette Haus und einen Schlafraum zu wandern. Der Blick von dort zeigt wie es ab 2025 in der Nachbarschaft ausschaut. Da werden die letzten Baulücken geschlossen."

"Excellent quality villa, with 4 big bedrooms, the owner has thought about every detail. Based in a quiet residential road in the small village of Kastel. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance. Lovely private food, fantastic cooking facilities including a big barbecue, traditional Istria stove and modern oven in the new airy kitchen. Istria is a fantastic location for a holiday, beautiful countryside, amazing food and wine and lots of interesting places to visit. We would definitely go...

"We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. Thanks owners!"
