This beautiful villa will amaze you with its modern design and a fantastic panoramic view of Opatija and the Kvarner Bay. The villa is located on a 1400 m2 plot and has 4 bedrooms, all of which are located on the upper floor and have their own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. This makes it a perfect vacation home with optimal comfort for 8 people. The first floor is a very stylish open plan space consisting of a dining and living area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate room with a jacuzzi, shower and sauna, as well as a room with a pool table for more fun. The living room is directly connected to the terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic views from the private pool or the cozy lounge area. An outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal. This functional villa offers everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining vacation, while its location allows you to explore all the beauties of the Kvarner region.This beautiful villa is located near the small town of Kastav, only about 6 km from Opatija and 10 km from Rijeka. Rijeka is known as the largest port in Croatia, but also for its numerous restaurants, cafés, clubs, bars and events. Experience the atmosphere of the city on a walk along the Korzo, explore the old town and visit the pilgrimage church in Trsat on a hill above the city. You should definitely pay a visit to the Rijeka Carnival, the fifth largest carnival in the world! Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk, just a short drive from the villa. Take a walk along the beautiful coastal promenade "Lungomare" and enjoy romantic sunset strolls in the town of Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic.
