Due to the direct proximity to the Regio streetcar stop, you can set off from here in all directions of Kassel and the surrounding area. Bus and streetcar connections are also within walking distance. The numerous museums in Kassel, such as the Brothers Grimm World, the Fridericianum or the Sepulchral Museum, which is unique in Germany, are waiting to be discovered.
The Natural History Museum is highly recommended for families; a visit to the stuffed mammoths is almost a "must"! High above Kassel stands Kassel's landmark - the Hercules. Below it is the very popular Bergpark, the largest mountain park in Europe. The unique trick fountains in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe are a popular excursion destination, but the Löwenburg - the medieval castle built in ruins - is also well worth a visit. The Regio-Tram also takes you very quickly to Kassel's surroundings. Beautiful hiking and cycling tours are waiting to be discovered here.
