Welcome to luxurious Sani Beach Gallery Villa! This family vacation home (fully equipped) has been renovated in 2019 based on the distinct Greek white & blue minimalism on the outside while having a colorful & cozy design on the inside. Located on an amphitheatrical hill, it is in harmony with the surrounding nature providing privacy to its guests. Our Villa is one of the limited properties in the area that has a breathtaking sea view to enjoy when waking up, coffee-ing, dinning or just gazing amazing sunsets over Mount Olympus! The Villa is only 5’ away from the nearest beach by car but your private outdoor 6m jacuzzi/ spa/ pool seems always a great idea! Your children will love it playing on the lawn garden while you are relaxing in its lounge! General Villa Information:
1. You will be staying in a family friendly neighborhood, which from one hand means that it’s a safe and peaceful environment but on the other hand no partying or loud music is allowed (please respect the legally quite hours)
2. Sani Beach Gallery Villa is located within a pinewood forest and this means we should all be very careful with activities that might cause a fire (please follow all safety rules)
3. Jacuzzi/ pool should be used with your own responsibility (please follow all usage rules)
4. Due to summer tourism, the need in Halkidiki for water and electricity is higher, so please make prudent use of them.
5. If the duration of the stay equals to or exceeds the 8 nights of stay, we will provide one day of basic cleaning, meaning bed sheets and towels change, which will be scheduled on time for the 6th or 7th day of stay according to the cleaning service availability.
6. Only you and no one else is allowed to use Sani Beach Gallery Villa premises & services for the period you book it
7. Sani Beach Gallery Villa provides you with 2 parking spots within its premises and in addition there is a lot of free space for extra vehicles in the surroundings. Another option of transportation is the Sani Beach shuttle bus which is for free and has a regular tour schedule (every 30’)

What to do:
Sani Marina is just 5’ away from the Villa by car. There, you can find a lot of restaurants to satisfy every taste, boutiques to buy souvenirs and a supermarket for your daily needs. Patisserie, coffee shops and bars are open most of the hours of the day! Bousoulas and Anemos beach bars are great for either calm or more intense beach life! There is also a cinema theater in the marina that operates during summer showing brand new movies! If you have children be sure to visit the playground which is located near Sani Hotel. For sportsmen and thrill seekers, don’t miss the chance to try at least one of these: Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, Chelsea FCF Academy, beach volleyball tournaments, PADI scuba diving, snorkeling, waterskiing, paddling, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, boat renting, fishing, Adventure Park, beekeeping experience, jogging, running challenge, forest hiking, mountain biking, football, archery, children Lego Robotics Lessons..
