Kasilof trip
Home was perfect for our family. Lots of room for visiting with friends and family. Conveniently located for site seeing, river fishing and charters. A couple of constructive suggestions: we would have liked to enjoy the yard more (perhaps cut the grass around the home and add a fire pit). Also there would be a beautiful view of the inlet if a couple of trees were cut or trimmed. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. Thank you to the owners who let us drop off our grocery items a little early!

Nice property on the Kenai Peninsula
A nice place with plenty of bed space for our 7 person family group. We had everything we needed, the house was clean, and it was easy to find using Maps on our I phones. It was in a nice central location with easy access to Soldotna, Ninilchik and Anchor Point.

Very lovely and spacious home
This was a wonderful home! Very spacious and perfect kitchen to allow us the room to cook several dishes that were taken to my cousins wedding about 15mins away. The neighbors were wonderful and we will definitely consider staying here again for the next family event if it is available!

Great place
The place was very good, and the reason I gave a 4 stars was because on our last day we didn’t have hot water to take showers before leaving the place in the morning. I guess the house water boiler is powered by propane and they ran out on that day, which was little frustrating because was a cold morning and we decided to clean the place and shower before leaving. Otherwise it was a nice place. Ps: there’s no WI-FI on location.

Kasilof Dipnetting stay
This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. When we arrived the power was out at no fault of the owner, but they gave us flashlights until the power came back on. We really enjoy staying here and can't wait to stay again!

Great location, and everything you need.
We went there to do some fishing and could not have picked a better location. Four adult males and a four year old grandson all stayed there quite comfortably. The location is a mile or two off the Sterling Highway, about 17 miles south of the Kenai River, just a couple of miles south of the Kasilof River, and just a liitle bit over an hour drive to the Homer boat harbor. Though we did not try it, there is even a small lake very close by where we saw folks fishing. It is a secluded location at the end of a long gravel driveway. We saw several moose around the house. You must fillet your catch elsewhere (don't want to attract bears with fish carcasses laying about and they wisely do not want the mess in the house) but the modest chest freezer kept a couple hundred pounds of processed and packaged fish frozen solid and ready for the long trip home. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable: Plush recliners, large comfortable couches, nice carpet, large dinning table, etc. The large screen TV is fed by a dish. We made internet connection with cell access (Verizon) that was just adequate with three bars out of a possible five. Our phones worked fine. The Host is very easy to deal with and accessible should an issue arise. If available to us, we will stay there again. Thanks much.
