"Perfect stay at Funplace, people in reception made everything for us to have a perfect stay! They helped us to fix my broken shoe and gave a cream to relieve my friend who got hurt. Only the last day they didnt come to clean the room (there is absolutely no problem with that), and we found a dead cocroach in the bathroom in the morning just before to go. Super fun excursions (sandbank and dolohins at sunset), everybody was super nice, from the cooker in the restaurant (the food is amazing) to...

The host Rafiq, he is the best , worked hard and hoping the owner gives him a good bonus or increase salary, it seems he works 7 days a week 24 hrs.Rafiq you’re wonderful, helpful and good what you do. The refresh it with some room fragrance but after 2 hour the smell has return and I really could sleep. All night I had to breath through my shirt, but even so the smell persisted. "The location is excellent. Right in front of the bikini beach and the surf breaks. The staff are all lovely. We also had lunch here twice and the food was so good! The manager was friendly and had a chat with us one morning and it was great as we learned about the Maldives tourism history. We would have given a higher rating but the bathroom we stayed in had a very bad smell throughout our stay. It's probably just due to the plumbing and the age of the room so we didn't mention it to the staff....

"We had bad luck with the weather, but the nice staff and the location at a beautiful beach helped us to enjoy the week. A construction site of a 10 level Italian hotel next door, which could not be seen in advance was quite disturbing, as the hotel will be in the future."
