This hotel has 2 buildings, an older & more dated building across the street from the water, and a newer building right on the water. The location of both is great and although there's no beach, there is a walkway and ladder that takes you out to the ocean. Our room was in the older building but luckily we were facing the street and by default we had a partial ocean view. The room was pretty basic when it comes to amenities (no TV but did have a balcony and fridge). Because the building is old, the walls are so thin and not soundproof at all, we could hear noise from other rooms and from outside (luckily this was not all throughout the night though). The bed was ok, kinda firm, but the blankets they provide are so small and thin, they're a joke. We were provided 2 twin size blankets for a queen size bed and upon our request we were given an extra blanket which barely did the trick since the AC unit faced the bed on its side and we tried to keep the room comfortable for sleeping at a lower temperature. The shower was fine but the toiletries were minimal, only shampoo and soap. The breakfast buffet was a bit poor, only offered instant coffee and tea (no filtered or espresso coffee) and no yogurt. They did offer the cold egg salad and hard boiled eggs, but otherwise cooked eggs (ie omelet, fried, scrambled eggs) were not offered as likely they were not an option. The sunbeds by the water are first come first serve and free for hotel guests.
