Holiday home Ulike is an old stone house, it was completely renovated in 2018. The house is set on the edge of a small place near Motovun, it`s an ideal place for a holiday away from the city bustle.
Close to the house, the former railroad Parenzana, that connected Poreč and Triest, goes by, now an attractive bike route with nice bridges and tunnels. On partly enclosed property the guests have use of a jacuzzi, a parking space, covered terrace with sitting set, barbecue and sun chairs.

Holiday home Ulike for 3 guests consists of an air-conditioned living room with sitting set with sleeping possibility for one person, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and toilet on the ground floor, an airconditioned bedroom with view of the surrounding hills and a bathroom on the first floor. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.

...tolles, perfektes und ruhiges Ferienhaus auf dem Lande! ***** Das von privater Hand geführte Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist mit sehr viel Style und Liebe zum Detail geplant und eingerichtet worden.. Es fehlt an nichts... Jacuzzi, WLAN, Waschmaschine, tolle kleine Küche mit allen E-Geräten, 2* TV FS, Klimaanlage auf beiden Wohnebenen und einen Ofen im Wohnraum. Einfach lebensfreudig! Der Vermieter ist auf Wunsch jederzeit präsent und sehr hilfsbereit. Hier darf man, wenn man möchte am realen kroatischen Dorfleben teilhaben. Die Nachbarn sind stolze, lebensfreudige, sehr freundliche und immer zurückhaltende Menschen. Im dem perfekt umzaünten Areal sind Haustiere jederzeit willkommen. Die logistische Lage lädt zu Erkundungen Istriens ein. Mit dem Automobil kannst alle Orte Istriens innerhalb ca.1 Stunde erreichen. Wandern und Radfahren geht ab dem Haus perfekt. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Lifestyle der Menschen in Rakotule sehr lebensfreudig und zufrieden genussvoll leben dürfen! ***** DIESEN ORT MUSS MAN LEBEN UND ERLEBEN! Die schönste Umgebung der Welt. Ein wundervolles Häuschen, sehr sauber, praktisch, mit traumhafter Aussicht. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen Richtung Meer, Berge, alte Gemäuer... Wir fahren bestimmt wieder hin!
