Great location, but needed outdoor cleaning.

We stayed at a VRBO property on Lake
Caddo, and while the experience had its
highlights, there were a few areas for
improvement. The house itself was clean,except for cobwebs on the window unit in one bedroom and cobwebs on some of the pulls for the ceiling fans/lights.
The thermostat worked perfectty, keeping the
indoor temperature comfortable throughout
our stay. However, the outdoor deck was in
need of some attention - there were quite a
few cobwebs and spiders, and it could have
benefited from a good leaf blowing and
dusting. (We have stayed at caddo a few other times at other properties that the outdoor areas were extremely cleaner and well cared for.) There was a loose board on the back staircase and also on the patio right at the walkway to the deck overlooking the water.
One maor inconvenience was the check-in
process. The host gave us the wrong code to
the front door, which delayed our entry by
about an hour after the 4:00 p.m. check-in
time. This was frustrating after a long drive.
Overall, it was a decent stay but with a few
hiccups that could hawve been avoided.
