Dålig städning
Tyvärr en dålig upplevelse på Clarion Collection Hotel Plaza. Vi fick ett Deluxerum där badrummet inte var städat. Hår i hela vasken och i toan fanns där spår från tidigare gäster. Gick ner till receptionen där vi fick köa en bra stund. De gav oss ett nytt rum på samma våning men fick ordna med nyckelkort etc själva. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig men underbemannad vilket tyvärr drabbade vår vistelse.
