The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "The staff was awesome and the location very convenient. The graphiti on the exterior building walls in the neighbourhood was a little unsettling however, the neighbourhood was very safe to walk in day or night. The the opportunity to walk to the Karlsruhe Zoo as it is well worth it."
