The hot water and heating weren't working and there was no reception. Was forced to communicate with their partner hotel, who were incredibly rude and couldn't have cared less.

Na topení byly pokrčené osušky a ručníky, o kterých jsme nevěděli, zda byly použité nebo vyprané a neusušené. Ve velmi malém pokoji nebyl stolek ani židle, přitom tam byl sušák na prádlo. Povlečení pokrčené, takže jsme taky nevěděli, zda je vůbec převlečeno. Malá barová lednička hlučná, rušila ve spánku. Chtěli jsme postele oddělitelné, což byly, ale když jsme je odsunuli od sebe, tak nešly zavřít dveře, jak byl pokoj malý. Jinak personál na recepci velmi milý a lokalita výborná. Chce to zapracovat na úklidu a reálném popisu pokoje. Výhled do zadního traktu, kde byl nepořádek, taky nic moc.

Das WC Sitz war Komplet unbefestigt, Dusche verstopft, aber war gereinigt, für 4 Personen nur 4 Badetücher gegeben, nach dem Meldung würde noch 2 gegeben. Und das letztes, einchecken nach 14.00 Uhr, muss in andere Gebäude, ca. 50m weiter. Sonst die Lage ist sehr Gut.

Sehr staubig. Nach Aufforderung immer noch nicht sauber gemacht. Küche zwar vorhanden aber kaum zu nutzen, denn wichtige Sachen wie Messer, Toaster etc nicht vorhanden. Ein Gabel war da, und 2 Teelöffel aus Kunststoff.. Wie soll man da was zum essen vorbereiten? Lage des Hotels traumhaft, Aussicht einmalig. Grottenschlechtes Service.

Hallo, wir hätten gern bei allen Punkten ein sehr Gut bis Bestens gegeben. Kommunikation mit dem Personal im Kordoba einfach toll,mann hat sofort auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Eine sehr schöne und riesen große Dusche,nur das nicht alles funktionierte,Schade,hatten uns riesig drauf gefreut. Steckdose für Wasserkocher machte bei benutzung eigene Geräusche (Brandgefahr),habs weitergegeben und hoffe das dies ganz schnell abgestellt wird. Schade auch das es im eigenen Restaurant kein Frühstück gab. Eine Anmerkung noch zur Rezeption,im Hotel "Humbolt"....."wir sprechen Landessprache,Russisch und Englisch" das muss reichen......,eine Anfrage wegen Stellplatz für den PKW ........haben wir nicht....hat uns zwei Stunden unseres Urlaubes gekostet das Fahrzeug ordentlich abzustellen.Ein Zettel in Deutsch mit einigen Hinweisen ,hätte uns bestimmt geholfen. Alles im ganzen ,angenemer Aufenthalt in Ihrer wunderschönen Stadt und wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen wollen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen nach Karlsbad Elke Böhm & Fritz & Alex

We stayed at Hotel Cordoba just for one night but it had everything we needed. After a long sightseeing day we found good rest at our apartment and could even make a tea to calm down.
