"We loved the cottage! We had everything we needed and the view of the lake was beautiful. It was so cozy and welcoming after a day of sightseeing. Communication with management was very friendly and prompt. The property was very clean and comfortable."

"This was a great property! Beautiful location, the sauna was fabulous, loved being able to use the boat, quiet. Great way to explore Helsinki and coastal parks, and also have a taste of the Finland forest. Our host went out of her way to communicate and provide a lovely experience for us. 5 stars!"

"The cabin was very nice with a lovely location. We able to visit with friends and family before we had to return home. The sauna and lake were great. "

"The house is perfect situated at a lake, pity is the road across the lake you can hear well. But with an hour drive you are in Porvoo, Helsinki even quicket. Nuuksio national Park is worth visiting and only a 30 minute drive. Raseborg Euins Vastle is close too and worth a visit "

"Ausstattung einfach aber sauber und funktionell. Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Prima Sauna und netter Badeteich. Am nahe gelegenen See steht ein Ruderboot zur Verfügung. Schöne Veranda mit bequemen Möbeln . Klasse Wandergebiet. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer (spricht leider kein Englisch). Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Woche im mäkimökki. Gerne wieder"

"My husband and I rented this wonderful vacation house in early May. We enjoyed the solitude, hikes, bird & butterfly watching plus we made several easy day trips to see other parts of Finland. During our stay we visited Turku, Hameenlinna & Tampere. The weather was nippy so we enjoyed watching light snowfalls several times during our stay. The snow disappeared, but the peaceful solitude remained. We never heard a car, plane, phone or television the whole time we were there. The sauna / shower...

"Mahtava reissu ystävien kanssa. Huone oli tilava ja siisti, sängyssä ja sohvallakin nukkui hyvin. Tilasimme ravintolasta kolmen ruokalajin illallisen, se oli herkullista ja ruokaa oli riittävästi. Aamupala oli kattava, täydelliset ohuet kurkut! Lähtöpäivänä nautimme lumisen luonnon kauneudesta, avantokin olisi ollut tarjolla, mutta emme ehtineet pulahtaa. Toisella kertaa sitten."
