"The view is stunning, easy walking to diary and fish and chip shop. We enjoyed watching the planes across the water go in and out but the noise from this was loud at times. We enjoyed the easy access to the foreshore from the house which was pleasant to stay in. To be on the water to make the most of the view very minute of the day was our highlight as was the week of good weather. What a bonus!"

"Property was very musty on arrival. Smoke alarm on ground floor had a flat battery, so was beeping the whole stay ( 2 weeks ). Plus they blamed me for a faulty toaster that was like that on arrival ( hence why I didn’t use it).( charged me for the toaster $40) Not happy at all. Have spent $5000 dollars in two months with this company. Won’t be spending another $ with them and will be telling every one on know. They do not care about anybody’s health and safety!"

This place can't be legal for human occupation. Does not appear to be built to code. Beds are horrible, still recovering from severe back pain due to extremely lumpy beds. We had to buy air mattresses, pillows, & extra blankets. Three of our party of four were sick and had to leave a day earlier than our booking. My 74 year old sister could...

"Dampness issues- water ingress, saggy couch, springy mattress, messy outside, dirty and mouldy curtains. Unit was wrongly numbered according to the property description, which meant I left to look for another property. What unit number is it actually, as it has two numbers? I kept getting messages from The Stay... about what I had to do, turn off heaters, wash the dishes etc etc!!! And they had the cheek to take a $300 bond on it! No flat screen TV. "The setting is really lovely, night or day, sunny or cloudy. What a view- better than the photos! The house is charming, spacious, with just the right amenities and atmosphere. "My family and I enjoyed that the property was close to local family members. Traffic gets super packed in the area around work/school pick up drop off hours. Disappointing that the microwave wasn’t working. Having a fan upstairs is great because the heat generated in the stairwell during the day can get insane. Thanks to management for the prompt communication throughout our stay."
