"The hotel is in the centre of the city, walking distance to Rynek. I really liked the rustic style of the hotel, yet all renovated, with modern bathroom. The only thing was, it was a little noisy from the traffic outside. Another inconvenience was no cover on a little window I had in my room. There was a skylight which had blinds, and another small window which didn’t. I had to cover it with a pillow overnight. "Brand new hotel in walking distance of old city. Well furnished, clean no complain there. Unfortunately no lift and we had to drag the heavy luggages to the 2nd floor and no reception before 9 so its was impossible for us to check out and leave the parking before 9 so were waiting close to 1 hour for the lady to arrive. Immediate change on this matter is needed. 9 o clock is unacceptable. "

"The room was absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking! Check-in was unique as its not on the main floor but on the 36th floor and you have to be let in by front desk. I loved how there was a lounge/bar on the 49th floor so we did not have to go out of the building to grab drinks. The building is also attached to a shopping center with restaurants so that was very convenient. Parking in garage was easy and convenient. Overall, wonderful and memorable stay!"
