"I called to make sure the number was correct for when I arrived in town in case the taxi driver did not know where the place was and because there were two places marked as the address - but the hotel counter guy (who spoke/understood English perfectly) said they did not have a reservation in my name and were all full. So I was glad I did not travel all the way there from Adana bus station to find that out. I eventually had to cancel all other bookings which were made for after the stay there,...
