I wasn’t able to find it and neither was my taxi driver. I had him call the number listed by hotels.com and who answered said that rising star hotel was sold, closed and under renovation and I couldn’t stay there. I was unable to contact hotels.com. I posted a question to the virtual assistant and it only said I couldn’t get a refund and then commenting was disabled. I’ve used hotels.com a lot and I am reluctant to continue to use the service if they have no service whatsoever. I haven’t been able to contact hotels.com by phone, email or website. I also left a message to the hotel with no reply for 3 days and I think that’s okay since it’s closed down.
