"The manager of this hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. He resolved a complex issue which I was pleased with. He also arranged a 4 am tour to Mt Nemrut which was good. The breakfast buffet was a surprise. The employees at the breakfast area were helpful. I will return because of the outstanding leadership of the hotel manager "
