They put their guests first at every turn, and I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. There were so many wonderful touches throughout my stay that I can’t even list them all. I also loved the overall vibe of the place — it’s calm and professional, yet still incredibly welcoming. Every staff member is not only fantastic at their job, but also genuinely respectful and kind. You can tell that making guests feel valued is truly at the heart of everything they do. By the end of my stay, I was beyond satisfied and even a little sad to leave. It’s the kind of experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, recharged, and genuinely appreciated. A huge thank you and a round of applause to the entire team — bravo! "

Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "
