This modern apartment has 2 bathrooms and has a great open plan living area with kitchen, lounging and dining facilities. Both bedrooms open out directly into the garden terrace of this lovely well equipped ground floor apartment. While it has the capacity for 6 people we suggest that a maximum 4 adults is optimal.

The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood on the edge of the center of the city of Kaprun.
The accommodation is well equipped with all the modern features including internet (Wi-Fi).

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsene und einem Kleinkind angereist. Optimale Größe für die Anzahl an Personen. Im Keller steht ein Waschtrockner. Für 8 Wohnungen fanden wir einen Waschtrockner zu wenig. Man musste Glück haben dass das Gerät frei war um seine eigene Wäsche zu waschen. Einen Aschenbecher für die Terrasse wäre optimal gewesen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden wieder in die Wohnung gehen
