"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"The property has an excellent location. It is within walking distance from the lake and the castle. The closest supermarket is only 3 blocks away. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment does not have air conditioning so depending of the weather it could be hot, specially at night, but other than that is a perfect space for two people. "

"This apartment was comfortable and clean. It had a very nice garden area with barbecue and seating and play area for children. Unfortunately it was cool during our stay and we were unable to enjoy this amenity. The only drawback is that there is no living room, just two bedrooms and a kitchen, so our family didn’t have a place to sit comfortably and talk during the evening. For a short stay it was fine."

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. The apartment is small but very well furnished and perfectly clean. The garden with the terrace is very pleasant. I recommend it"
