This penthouse villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on the top/4th floor in the Ocean Tower (O426). The villa has an unobstructed full front ocean view and the private lanai overlooks the peaceful and tranquil koi pond area of the resort. Open the large glass lanai sliding doors to bring the Hawaiian tropical elements into the villa. The large lanai offers a place to enjoy the sunsets and soak in the warm Hawaiian air. The villa is decorated in the traditional Hawaiian style with comfortable and luxurious furniture. The gourmet kitchen, designed by Roy Yamaguchi, has stainless steel appliances from Subzero and Wolfe. The open floor plan offers a great environment to enjoy a meal together and relax the Hawaiian way.

Beautiful view of the ocean and landscaped gardens , ponds and pools .The large balcony provided enough room for all 8 of us to sit comfortably .Very nice kitchen and dining area . A nice bonus were the beach chairs , boogie boards and sand toys .😊

We stayed here in Oct 2023, and the property was exactly as described and so wonderful. The place was super clean and the resort personnel were helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the property when we checked in, and the owners immediately responded and cleared up the situation, which proves they are committed to providing an incredible experience for their guests. I'd stay here again without hesitation!

Great Location
The condo was as listed and accommodated our seven family members with room to spare. The lanai was our favorite hangout spot for morning coffee and in the evenings a perfect sunset for the close of day. We enjoyed the bar a couple of times between the pools & beach. The front desk was very helpful when we arrived and the owner was easily accessible. I highly recommend this condo due to its location, parking and cordial owner.

Paradise on Oahu
A group of 8 of us stayed in this beautiful condo. The grounds, pools and facility are all exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view from the lanai is amazing. There were plenty of linens to go around, and some beach equipment in the closet to use. I would definitely recommend this condo, especially for larger groups.

Our family of 8 stayed at this unit for a week. The property was exactly as described/ pictured in the listing. Location is great with beautiful property and great service. We had everything we needed at the unit including beach chairs, beach towels, toys, extra air mattress and plenty of paper towels/toilet paper/ trash bags, etc. We had wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon!

Would definitely come back! The lanai overlooks a water feature and koi pond, very nice ambiance listening to the water, and ocean the view was amazing! Loved sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and sunsets! Comfortable beds, lots of towels and in-suite laundry. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, pools and hot tubs were great! Resort provides direct access to the beach/lagoon. Ages 10-73 and everyone had a great time!

Wow what a place
The place is awesome. Very spacious and well furnished. Three bedrooms and three bath large living kitchen and dining room. The view from the linai was incredible. Clearly see the ocean or all the stuff going on in the pool and outside bar area. Grills available in the pool area. It is about an hour drive with traffic to get to the Waikiki area where the charter stuff happens and no one picks up that far out but worth the drive. Also had to pay for parking in Waikiki everyday. The resort was awesome and if we go back will definitely book there

3 BDR Condo
Nice condo in great location (great ocean view); however, we had to wait three hours for cleaning crew to finish! After three hours of lost vacation time, tired from a 5 am flight, a $100 gift card was offered (what a joke, you could tell the owners don’t understand customer service)! Owner blamed it on previous renters, but how and why is that my fault. Condo is showing its age. Carpet needs cleaned; missing shower wand; missing smoke detectors, dryer touch screen wouldn’t work; shower slow to drain; provided chairs and snorkel gear falling apart. FYI, this condo is not part of the Marriot (No restraurants, no market, but able to eat at nearby restaurants). FYI, they only provide starters for bathroom items. For the cost I would not stay here again. Listing included two parking spaces, but one was down for maintenance. Chairs and umbrellas at the beach were additional daily charge. Owner communication was slow. We left beach umbrella and toys for future renters.

Best villa location on the property. Very private and quiet with a panoramic view of the ocean and pool/bar area. A beautiful koi pond is right below our lanai. Our family of 3 generations loved the villa layout. Lots of privacy.

This property is in the ideal location! Truly a short walk to a beautiful manicured beach. The condo was exactly as described with the extras like beach chairs. The Property Owners were extremely responsive and very cordial. The condo offers breathtaking sunsets and parking is very close. Beautiful view and fabulous suite
Unfortunately we did not arrive until after dark so we could not see the magnificent view from the balcony until the next morning. I really liked the authentic art work in the suite. We had plenty of room for 6 people (4 teenagers) and having three full bathrooms made it easy to get ready to start our day. The suite was incredibly clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was breath taking especially at sunset. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
