The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is located on the West side of O'ahu along two miles of Oahu's most pristine beaches in the world-class, private Ko Olina Resort vacation community. This resort community is home to the Aulani Disney Resort,Four Seasons, the Marriott Beach Club, Ko Olina Golf Course and the Ko Olina Marina. You are located just steps from the beach and within walking distance of all of the numerous amenities offered throughout this vacation community. The Ted Robinson designed Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is home to the LPGA Lotte Championship. There are three full service spas located in Aulani, the Ihilani and the Marriott Beach Club. There are numerous fine dining options located throughout the resort community. The world-class Ko Olina Marina offers a selection of sports fishing, coastline cruises and water activities, from seasonal whale watching and dolphin sails to snorkeling among Hawaiian sea turtles and dramatic sunset cruises. A signed rental agreement is required to check-in. It will be sent to you via e-mail to review, sign, and return prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
