• Oahu's zoning laws require this home to be a minimum 29-night rental.
• $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit (In addition to the total rental amount, a $1000 hold will be placed on your card upon check in and will be released no more than 10 days after departure if no damages are found)
• Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. There is a $450 monthly cap. Anything over the $450 monthly cap will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Assigned parking is for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in. One parking space.
