Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Vrbo made a mistake and did not take care of it.
My host was in reachable. I was not able to check in to the place I rented. There was nothing else available. My rental was guaranteed. Vrbo’ solution was 2 nights at a hotel and left me hanging to deal with it. I’m using Vrbo again out of necessity but I feel let down the lack of professionalism and the lack of caring that this was your fault. I lost plenty of money because of it and I was lied to about my guarantee.
