"The property was very poorly maintained and not at all as described. We didn't receive any check in details, and upon calling the host, they had to first verify if the booking was even confirmed. Upon the reaching the property, the ground floor (which the listing mentioned) was already occupied, so we were given the second floor instead. That didn't look anything like the pictures. "It was an amazing trip. The Hyatt Regency hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was another plus at this hotel. They had a wide variety to choose from and everything was cooked fresh. Everything was very very clean at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."
