This area of Maui is called the Emerald Necklace because of the six beautiful Emerald Bays surrounding your townhome. An enchanting area with abundant sea life just below the surface. Warm pristine bay waters roll onto the sandy shore of Napili Bay, gently lapping at your feet. Amazing snorkeling and “Honu” (Hawaiian Green sea turtles) are everywhere. Winter ( December - April ) brings the Humpback whales back to Maui to give birth to their calves. Lucky guests can watch them breach, tail slap and frolic in the bay waters. Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving, paddling, golf, tennis, hiking or just relaxing on the beach.

Your very own 357 sq. ft. lanai is a serene place to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails and dinner around the outdoor dining table that seats 8. Huge south facing windows and 9’ ceilings allow you to bring the outside in.

Making meals and dining together will be a pleasant experience with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table with seating for 6-8 people with additional seating for 8 on your private lanai. Step onto the lanai to enjoy the gas BBQ. Stroll to any of the restaurants within walking distance including Merriman’s, Sea House, Gazebo and Kitchen 5315.

Activities: Napili Bay Beach 200 steps away, Kapalua Tennis Garden within walking distance, Kapalua Bay Golf Course and Plantation Golf Course nearby.

Safety Features: gated community, smoke detectors, dead bolt lock, fire extinguisher and exterior lighting.
