PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Upon your arrival at the gated Residences at Napili Bay, you will be greeted with a convenient two-car garage complete with a washer and dryer. Parking in Napili is extremely limited, but not for you! You have space for two cars at all times (and even a 3rd in front of the garage if needed). The Residences at Napili Bay enjoy tropical breezes year-round due to its proximity to the world-famous Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay.
Napili Bay has been voted the top beach 13 years in a row by Conde Nast, and you will be just 100 steps away! Also, within walking distance are several outstanding restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your townhome is a 3-story, 3-bedroom, and 2.5-bathroom unit with central A/C and wood floors. This island rental sleeps up to 9 comfortably, including a sleeper sofa (and/or a queen-size deluxe auto-inflate airbed). A beautiful, newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, family room, half bath, and spacious lanai with a deck take up the 1st floor of this peaceful unit.
The kitchen includes upgrades such as granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. These include a blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, and electric kettle. Also, there is no need to buy drinking water, as a filtration system is included in the kitchen sink.
The dining table has room for eight and can easily be extended for more elbow room. The family room has lots of room to hang out and relax with your friends and family, maybe play a game of Scrabble, UNO, or cards, or learn to play the ukulele (a professional Ukulele is included for your enjoyment) or just watch a movie or your favorite Netflix or amazon shows on the large flat screen smart TV.
The lanai has been newly finished with a deck, a covered pergola, very comfortable lounge chairs and tables, and 2 sun lounges to perfect your Hawaiian tan. Enjoy grilling out on the stainless-steel Weber for some of your meals on the lanai deck. This welcoming deck catches morning sunlight and enjoys afternoon shade. On the second floor of our townhome in The Residences at Napili Bay, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bathroom has an all-glass enclosure steam shower with room for two, accompanied by 2 deluxe shower heads (rain head and height-adjusted shower head), and a separate deep soaking tub. With the push of a button, you get instant steam with temperature and time controls at your fingertips. The guest bath has a spacious walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and feel very inviting and modern. A flat-screen smart TV is included in all three bedrooms for your enjoyment. The master suite has a California King bed with 2 spacious closets, and the two guest rooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and large closets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, cellular blinds, and blackout curtains to keep out unwanted morning sunlight.
The Residences at Napili Bay has not had any crime for over 16 years, but we have deadbolt locks on the front door and a large combination safe for your valuables. We aim to make you feel safe and secure while you rest asleep.
Now, let's get ready for the beach! For your convenience, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a cooler are all stored in the garage, just waiting to be taken out for fun in the sun! Enjoying the sunset at Napili Bay is a memorable experience. An early coffee at Napili is a great way to start the day. The lanai deck is a special place, perfect for getting the family and friends together to talk story or enjoy a BBQ dinner, or practice yoga on the deck in the early morning.
