This stunning two bedroom, three bathroom Ocean Front Penthouse Villa features one king-sized 'Heavenly Bed', a queen size bed in the 2nd master suite and queen size sofa sleeper comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom and the living room have LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions. The three bathrooms, include two with showers and one bathroom has a jacuzzi tub! There is central AC in the condo as well as a washer/dryer for you to use for laundry!

The furniture and accessory package is top of the line with granite countertops, Peruvian travertine stone, plush carpet, custom African mahogany cabinetry and tinted Fleetwood windows to ensure privacy. Perfect Place!

This rental had everything we needed and more. We opened all the sliding doors to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning. I had a question about the a/c and the host was quickly responsive. The space felt huge and the kitchen was amazing. We all hope to be back some day!

Three generations comfortable & pleased

The property is ideal for children--and not bad for the parents and grandparents either. Grandkids made great use of pool and its slides as well as the beach. We highly recommend Waipouli A-207.

Our family stayed here for a week and loved it! It has an amazing view and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. It was spacious and well equipped for our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation condo

Gorgeous views, convenient location

The views were amazing and the unit is very close to the ocean. We enjoyed opening the doors to hear the waves. The unit was very clean and spacious. The location is great to get to other parts of the island easily. This is definitely a resort and condo we would book again. It would he nice to have some of the minor things like broken tiles fixed and upgraded living room and patio furniture. The balcony faces another complex, and the best views are from the living room doors. The pool area was clean and beautiful.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here. The wide span of views around the house, easy access to the beach without crowds while also having a pool with slides to jump into - everyone across our three generational family stay really enjoyed it. On top of it - we enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning right from the lanai.

Fabulous Family Retreat

We stayed as a family of six for a week (Grandpa, Grandma, Mom, Dad, two teens [13, 16]). Location was great for getting to the various parts of the island, the condo itself was beautiful and we loved watching the sunrise from the lanai each morning. Definitely recommend this unit!

Beautiful Views

Condo was super clean and had amazing views which made our trip. Only complaint is the one of the screen doors to the King room was broken. Put in a maintenance request received no email or phone call but came home to that screen door gone as well as the screen doors to the lanai from the dining room were now gone. Working in properly management I would have expected to at least get a phone call prior to anyone entering our room.

Great view and wonderful stay

This property was as described - amazing ocean views, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for a family of three. The pool was clean and much larger than expected. Oasis at the beach restaurant was excellent, we had dinner there twice! The place was conveniently located to grocery store, coffee and many restaurants as well as 30-45 minute drive to north and south shores and only 5-7 minutes to a wonderful beach park. Highly recommend!

Family vacation my husband and our youngest children Plenty of room for the four of us Pull out couch was comfortable The email containing the hospitality app did work and our parking pass was two days short of our actual check out date Otherwise everything was wonderful! We could hear the whales slapping their tails from the living room balcony!

Amazing Property

We've stayed several times (in different units) at the Waipouli Beach Resort - and always thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. However, this unit exceeded our previous experiences. The view from the living room/dining room is spectacular (nearly 180 degrees of ocean view), 3 separate full bathrooms, 2 lanais (each with comfortable lounge chairs), a full kitchen with all the necessities, etc. Absolutely perfect.

Solid ocean-front condo for young family

Great unit with wonderful ocean views, plenty of space for 2 couples and an infant to crawl around. Large pool was great for kids. 5-10 minute drive to several other nice larger beaches, can also go right out front. General location is not very touristy but Safeway very convenient plus lots of solid restaurant options in Kapaa (Sam's, JO2, Kenji all good) and we ate at Oasis on site several times. Better access to North Kauai than Poipu given traffic patterns. Candace (the manager) was great.
