This Beautiful Pono Kai Condo is steps from the ocean and the beach...and furnished in traditional Island decor for a true Aloha feel. With AC, full kitchen, dining room, living room, two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms - wheelchair accessible shower in Master bathroom, washer/dryer, private patio, pool, hot tub, spa, tennis, exercise room, volleyball, BBQ grills, free WiFi, 3 mile bike path along ocean, FREE parking, etc etc.

This amazing garden/partial oceanview, 1200 square foot, ground floor, TWO-bedroom, TWO-bath condo is just steps from the pool and beach, this condominium provides the best location for island fun.

This condo has AC. PLEASE KEEP ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN OPERATING THE AC, and TURN OFF AC IN ROOMS NOT BEING USED. That helps us keep the room rates down.

Due to the wonderful Kauai trade winds, most of the time AC is not needed. Enjoy this Oceanfront condo with its refreshing ocean breezes. Ceiling fans in Kitchen/Living Room, and both Bedrooms for additional air circulation.

No stairs to climb, just exit the patio to the beach or stroll thru the beautifully manicure gardens. The pool, tennis courts, croquet court, barbecue/picnic areas, volleyball, fitness facility, shuffle board and the beach are just steps from the condo. Take a short walk through historic Kapa'a for great island shopping, food, and recreation.

Great property!
We had a great time! Bryan was great and super communicative. The property is beautiful and had lots of games and sports equipment available- which would be great for families. The location is great, and the condo easily slept 4 of us. We had everything we needed here thank you!

Paradise
Beautifully landscaped grounds and a great location made this property ideal for us. The pool, all the sports activities available on the grounds and the games provided in the condo made this the perfect place for our 8 year old granddaughter. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to fix most of our meals. We enjoyed the large size of each of the rooms in this condo and really appreciated the air conditioning and the full sized washer and dryer. We would stay here every year if we could financially do so.

Great location, fantastic property
The property was clean, the pool and hot tub were great additions after a long day, and the location was ideal for kicking around the island. Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. There were beach items we could use, and that was a great bonus as well. Loved this property.

Condo was perfect for our family vacation. Well equipped with furniture, kitchen utensils & beach supplies!! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was great for towels & clothes! Would stay here again!

Awesome accomodations
The Pono Kai was an excellent place for our family. It was spacious and the kids loved the pool and the resort games (tennis, croquet, etc...). We would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Kauai.

The condo is in an ideal location. It accommodated our large group. The however is that it jacked some basics like enough towels and towels for the pool. It did have good each gear - chairs, umbrella etc.

This is a perfect location for seeing the entire Island. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Driving distance either direction is great location.

Comfortable and convenient
The Pono Kai property was convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants and the beach. The property grounds were nicely maintained and the pool and hot tub clean. The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated having coolers and boogie boards to use.

Can't go wrong with Kapaa and Pono Kai
We love Kapaa and Pono Kai. They are the perfect central locations to base any activity on Kauai. This is our first stay at this particular property. The spacious rooms were great and the furniture comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus!

Great Get-Away!
Very well-maintained and equipped for a fun and relaxing vacation for all ages. It has every amenity we need. One minor exception is that we could not connect the TV in the master bedroom. However, the one in the living room worked well. We appreciate the beautiful welcome gifts, too. Future guests will be very comfortable in this unit. Mahalo from the Feltner family!

Paradise getaway
A great setting on a beautiful Island. The walking path gives you walking access to shops, grocery stores, restaurants and sights. See the whales, seals and dolphins as you walk along the shore in 80 degree weather. Ready to go back again and read about the snow back home.

Comfy Condo Steps from the Ocean
This condo is comfortable, clean and is within a few steps to the ocean! It has been stocked with pretty much everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the price is totally reasonable! It's located in Kapa'a within walking distance of many shops and places to eat. The resort has an amazing list of activities; pool, hot tub, exercise room, outdoor bbq grills to use, games including outdoor chess, tennis, croquet, putting green, and more, along with beautiful landscape, koi pond and waterfall......and of course, the chickens!! The host, Bryan, is easy to work with and keeps you informed of any important details. Thanks again, Bryan!

This condo was and looked just like listing described. Unfortunately the washer was broken but there was washer on site to use ( quarters required) but the dryer was working fine. The beds are not very comfortable the futon in living room was the most comfortable bed. Bring extra towels there is not enough. I did bring extra and washed a load while we were at the property. You walk right out the patio door and a couple 100 feet and the ocean is there. There is plenty to door near the condo in walking distance food, shopping and bike rentals which was super fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Beautiful grounds and well maintained. Peaceful. Quiet. Comfortable. Clean. Easy walking access to downtown Kapaa and the beach. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to others. A good solid four stars. If it was on a nicer beach and if it had a better view, I would have given it five stars. The two bedroom, two full bath condo itself with kitchen and laundry is a five.

love the location and close proximity to walking trail, stores, shops and restaurants.
Our third stay in this unit was great. Our only complaint is the noise from the unit above us is occupied. Has anyone ever heard of insulation. It's a great invention. When you can hear every word spoken in the unit above your own, something is wrong.

This is a well furnished unit, clean and comfortable. Loved washer/dryer in the unit, and soap for sale at the front desk! There is no a/c, which took a little getting used too - but at least 2 fans in each room. Maybe one day the owner can spring for small units in the bedrooms? Only complaint we had was about the safe. It was locked, we couldn’t use it and 2 inquiries went unanswered. Location of property is ideal! You will enjoy your stay!

Practically perfect
This was everything we imagined and more, especially for the price. If I had one complaint it would be that the grill we were using ran out of gas in the middle of cooking dinner. I realize I could have remedied this thru the resort desk but we were so tired and hungry from our fun filled day we just finished cooking on our kitchen stove. This was no big deal at all and we would gladly stay here again and again. We couldn't believe we were able to walk out our patio door to the beach, coffee in hand, and watch the sunrise SO close! Glorious! Thank you for making our family vacation a wonderful one!
