Great condo in Kapaa
Nice and relaxing place to stay. Relaxing to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Centrally located to explore the whole island of Kauai.

Perfect Location! Wow!
We absolutely loved this place. Very convenient for beach access, swimming pool, grocery store and more. It was very clean which my wife loved. We travelled all over the island hiking and the location made it very easy to get around the island. Only 20 yards from the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Condo was in good condition and supplied very well. We liked the walkability to stores and restaurants. Having the ocean a stones throw away was great! Communication was good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay
The property was in a great location and steps away from the water and sand. Even saw a Monk seal right on the beach, perfect spot for watching the sunrise. Well maintained property and the kitchen had all the amenities you need to do any in house cooking. Jay was amazing to deal with and had all the information we needed in advance of our stay. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Great location on the island, complex is small but has all you need for a relaxing vacation. Condo is perfectly located and is in great condition. It has everything you need.

We had a lovely time at this property, the construction was still going on while we were there but didn't really affect our stay as we were out during the times they were working on the beach restoration. Definitely would recommend this place to others.

The property was as good as advertised. It was clean and very roomy for ten of us. It was in a good area and very accessible to all of the Nashville attractions we went to. Will definitely look to stay again on future trips.

We loved this place! This is a great location for heading to either the North or South Shore. The condo was immaculate, so close to the beach and the pool, and the grounds well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Great location!
My sister and I ( 2 seniors) just returned from a fabulous holiday in this condo. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is great....right on the beach but also a very easy walk to grocery shopping and restaurants. Also a very central location on the island. We explored so much of the island and it was perfect to come back to the condo for a relaxing evening.

Great apartment by sea
This rental is just as advertised it’s ocean front in a small apartment/condo complex. Food and shopping are close and it’s near the end of a 10 mile round trip walking path. We brought bicycles and had a great time riding local roads.

Love the location of this unit
This complex is perfectly located in Kapaa. You can walk to most places you want to get to. Jay is great in responding to you. The setting is beautiful. Not a large complex, quiet except for the roar of the ocean!

Lock to the door broke on the first night, but we worked with management and got fixed promptly. Everything else was sublime. Lots within walking distance, beach right outside your door, the pool was also a great feature to have. I loved the closet with beach chair and toys as well.

I loved my stay here in this condo, and the location nearest the beach and pool was a bonus! Our host Jay was kind enough to allow us to tack on another few nights due to cancelled flights, and the manager Sheila was available at the drop of a hat to answer questions. This was a very comfortable condo, with the ocean breeze continuously cooling us. I will stay here again and look forward to repeating this amazing Kauai vacation! Thanks Jay and Sheila

Great location
Good sized property with all necessary amenities. Washer and dryer an absolute must in Hawaii when most days are spent at the beach and sand gets everywhere. The beach chairs were great to take around. Due to construction on the beach, our beautiful view was obstructed on day 2 of 8 but Jay was easy to communicate with and immediately made it right.

This condo is amazing. The title said 20 steps to the beach. Wasn’t quite true. It was more like 15 steps. It was amazing. Seals on the beach in the morning. Every morning when the tide is out is an enormous amount of tide pools with all kinds of sea life. My whole family loved it and would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!
