"We booked 6 months ago. No record of our booking upon arrival. The young woman didn't even look up my name; she just said:" You want a room?" Missing and then compleyely indifferent staff were difficultto locate. Was given a choice of 3 small, sterile, concrete rooms, when we had prepaid for a larger Family room. The room we got had sheets that had not been changed, and we only got one new clean duvet cover for a room with 2 single beds. Had to request another towel. We used our own sarongs as...

"Disappointing stay. The deck overlooking the Kunene River which is featured in the advertisement for the property is stunning. However, nothing else lived up to these expectations. Our booking showed a hotel room and when we arrived we were shown to what was apparently a "guides" room. The room was small, dark and dingy and was closed with a lock on a latch.
