I really liked the front desk people. The mgr was kind and helpful. The serving in the breakfast area were pleasant and wonderful. The free breakfast was good ! Be open to different types of food! Great coffee! Overall a bargain for the price ! Thank you Cloud Hotel!

Despite it being very close to Liuhe night market, it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Transportation is superemely convenient as it was near Formosa Island hotel. With a good deal will definitely stay here again.

Great stay
The Cloud Hotel was great and very affordable. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was a nice perk. The room had an interesting smell to it but it was very faint so we didn't mention it to the front desk. Overall, it was a great sty and we would stay there again.

The room had a mildew smell but we stayed at several hotels in Kaohsiung with the exact same problem so I dont know if it's a city thing or a hotel thing. Otherwise it was quiet, breakfast had lots of options, and it was one of the few hotels with a bathtub which worked better for our younger one. And location was just close enough to night market for access but far enough to be quiet. So recommended overall.

Room was modern, extremely convenient to the liu he night market and mrt. Great dining options around the hotel. Staff was pleasant, in house breakfast was decent but we ate out after 1 meal as we wanted to check out different food options. Will recommend to stay.

Hotel is in walking distance from subway and many bus stops. It has lots of food options. It is located very close to a night market yet it is very quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was all traditional Taiwanese fair. Simple but good. Coffee was awesome. Good hotel.

1 week family trip
We stayed for 1 week yet our room was not cleaned at all despite being informed during check-in that cleaning will be done every 2 days. Only the towels were changed and the trash emptied daily. The breakfast was mediocre at best, not much variety. 1 noodle dish, 1 veggie dish, scrambled egg with corn or beans, 2 vegetarian viands and 1 with meat, and the lu ruo fan was just pure fat and the boiled eggs were not available everyday. They have congee and things to mix with it. By day 3 we were quite turned off by the breakfast already. We stayed at the 9th floor and despite having a dehumidifier in the halls, something smelled off.

The room is very small and no luggage rack... either you lay your suite case on the floor or the bed. Room has a funny small and when you open the window, you are facing a wall from the building next to you.

冷氣難調控，風直接吹到臉上，晚上睡覺會被吹得咳嗽，要起來把它關掉，還好我住的時候時冬天。 房間只給一張房咭，很不方便，因為我跟家人分開行程，回旅館時，很不方便。 有一天的毛巾有異味，怪怪的。 位置方便，靜中帶旺。 職員超有禮貌，每次出去或是回旅館，他們都會起立，打招呼，有點不好意思。
