"Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! "

"Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby. Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition. Staff specifically manager Mr John was very much approachable and took care of our requests nicely. Thanks to expedia for this good offer."

"The 'deluxe' room we were provided had a view of the car park. My husband asked to move. Staff were rude and arrogant but provided another room. He had to ask for new sheets as the ones on the bed were filthy. The room was dirty, and bathroom filthy. No amenities (hairdryer, kettle). The breakfast was in a small windowless room in the middle of the hotel and was pretty grim. The waiters chose to wait on the 'middle class' Indians and ignored everyone else. Even removing food whole plates of food...
