Our stay was amazing. Mr. Jim was an awesome host answered questions and helped us find landmarks to visit. The place was clean quiet and relaxing in such a great little area. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Hidden gem
We had a very nice stay in this convenient, yet secluded quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable. Owner was accommodating and right next door. Off-street parking was great.

Loved our stay!! Accommodations were homey and cozy. Beds were so, so comfy! Loved the fact the backyard was fenced so we could just let our fur baby out to potty. Our host was the best. We will definitely be booking again!! You want a cozy home away from home...book here!! Can't beat the price either!!

Perfect location
This is a sweet, quaint property that is minutes from all the action. No where was more than a 10 minute drive or less. Owner was extremely helpful and nice. Front porch is beautiful to relax on. This is not a modern luxury property but if you are looking for a quaint, quiet, cottage country feel in the middle of the city this is the place.

Nice Space
This space was a great space. Kind of a throwback as far as appliances were concerned and the stairs will ensure you have no unexpected visitors, these are not complaints just observations. It's a pet friendly property with a fenced in backyard space. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our quick getaway.

Best Little Getaway
Mr. Euler was an AWESOME HOST. We truly appreciate his hospitality this past weekend. We had a great weekend and appreciate everything. It was a 3yr Anniversary weekend and needed a little getaway from our “awesome” teenagers. We had an issue with trying to get in late one night, I called him, he responded and he came right out from the adjoining duplex & helped us. We would recommend this little hideaway to anyone!!!!

Close to lots of things!
Older home, well maintained, close to lots of restaurants, shopping, KU medical center and downtown. Not far from larger shopping areas like IKEA. Host is very polite. This is a duplex and I believe he lives next door. We did not run into each other after check in. Anything we may have needed was provided.

Nice little retreat
This place was literally minutes away from downtown KC and the Westport tucked away in between. It was a very cozy place. Home away from home. James was super helpful and accommodating when we arrived. You would be hard pressed to find something similar for the same price. This fit the bill perfectly. Location, price, value, cleanliness, coziness, quiet street, and overall a real nice place. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in KC, definitely consider this property. Oh, and the best(in my opinion) bbq in the area is literally just several blocks away.

Great Weekend Getaway
This place is close to downtown Kansas City. We came to KC for concert and was close to T Mobile. The apartment was clean and bedroom was spacious. The bathroom was small but very clean. The kitchen is in need of make over. The stove top barley got hot and oven is old but worked. The kitchen supplies he has need to be tossed and new ones bought. Pans we rusty and unsafe to use. Back yard is great for our dogs but it needs some TLC. The host was very kind and great to work with. Very quiet area.

Mid-town townhouse
I took my son (16) and 3 friend's (16) to see a concert at tmoblie center. The townhouse was in a quite neighbor and close to everything you need! It's small but I expected that. It's decorated nicley and plenty of items stocked. The owner Jim lives right next door so if we needed anything he was close. Jim was also kind and friendly. I would say if you're looking for something newer this isn't that. But it's clean, equipped and great location. 👍

My sister, best friend, and I stayed here for a concert at the Uptown Theater and I was so happy that I picked this place! It's a little over a mile away from the Uptown, it's close to a quicktrip and many food places, and the property manager could not have been nicer. The AC went out the first night so it was almost 80° in the house and I thought it was just not working as well upstairs, but as soon as I found out it was just the AC, I texted him and he apologized profusely telling me exactly how to fix it (which is just to flip the breaker back on). He was genuinely one of the nicest people and I truly couldn’t have felt safer.

Little townhouse, big heart
You can tell the hard work that is put into this town house. While it may be an older building, it is so well upkept that it just adds to its charm. I have never stayed at a cleaner place even by higher priced hotel standards. He may not provide a continental breakfast, but he does provide you with every utensil and appliance you could need to make whatever your little gremlin heart could desire. He does provide Coffee grinds, and after a quick peek at google on how to operate the coffee maker, I was fully caffeinated and ready to explore all the amazing local eateries and shops. We ended up driving since it was dark and the dead of winter, but in nicer weather vwe will absolutely bring our walking shoes. The oven may have old-world charm, but the central heating and air was fully updated and operational. lt was very easy to get the upstairs to roasting levels. This place is right on the Kansas, Missouri border so dont get discouraged by some of the neighborhoods you might have to pass through. It is absolutely Worth it. Whether you plan an extended stay or just a weekend getaway, this is the perfect place. I will warn you it isn't really handicap accessible. It's a smaller town house with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. 10/10 will use one of his properties again.
