Since I booked through Expedia we were not informed that the hotel was going through a renovation and that the dining room would not be open except for cold sandwiches. I would never have stayed here for the amount of money that we paid for our room and the noise from the renovation no restaurant clogged up drain only 2 cups of coffee in the room only two towels in the room not impressed. I did report this to the front desk, which did give us a discount on the room and paid for our parking fees.

The room accommodates 4 people and only towels for 2, only 2 of all towels, so we requested extra towels 3 times. Finally day we leave we get them. Just so so service and no coffee shop in building was disappointing.

Great location to the Plaza. One negative issue with the room was that it had a pocket door to the restroom that would not close all the way, so there was a "lack of privacy" in the bathroom. Other than that, the suite was wonderful and has exceptional access to the Plaza.
