The breakfast was not good. A continental buffet but charged $10 per person with limited selection. When a late checkout was requested on a Sunday they said their housekeeping staff leaves at 1pm even though regular checkout is noon. Phone in room didn't work. Several other guests heat & a/c systems were not working.

The hallways were not in a condition I expect for a hotel, the carpeted floor for one had an awkward smell. The toilet in my room would not flush well and even after telling the front desk and them sending maintenance staff, the problem still persisted. The property was safe and convenient though.

The room that we were in, appeared to be unfinished, as if they weren’t done drywalling and the vents weren’t put in properly and there was dust and drywall all over the floor and it should not have been rented out. I would like a refund, but I just didn’t want to hassle with it.

I booked on expedia, the price was fair for a king bed 1 night 127$. Tha AC didnt work well, it took hours to cool the room down, the front desk staff said they were fully booked and didn't offer a different room, even though online booking showed 5 identical rooms still available. The AC running all night sounded like a refrigerator about to go out, it was loud. The hot tub and pool were nice, no sign of bugs and overall clean, no complementary breakfast and a bottle of water is 2$... didn't really seek customer concerned. Won’t stay there again, but i usually have great experience with radison stays.

I've stayed here a handful of times and its usually pretty nice. The overall condition of the hotel feels a bit worn down and maybe a little dated, but I'm also getting the vibe that whoever is in charge of renovation is slowly making that happen. The breakfast isn't free anymore but is still cheaper than getting something delivered. I would like to see more maintenance with the pool, or at least have a net available, as I've found "floaters" before. The hot tub is HOT, but be warned that the timer isn't always 15 minutes even though it says it is. I know it sounds weird but trust me. Front desk is always nice and sweet and check in is a breeze! My biggest complaint are how thin the walls are. I had been trying to sleep once and my neighbors in the next room were yelling, cussing, and crying like it was early in the day but it was 10:30 AT NIGHT. But I was also woken up by one of these people screaming at the top of their lungs around 4am. Told front desk about it because the next person to check in that room should definitely be warned that sleep might not happen. Overall, I feel a 4/5 is fair and will still stay here when the price is low!
