*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $40 fee for one pet or $75 for two pets which is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, the host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced-in back yard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
