Welcome to our charming home located in the heart of Kansas City! This newly updated house with modern touches & craftsman charm is the perfect place for you to call home during your time in the city. It sleeps up to 8 guests total (per our permit) with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Walk into the gorgeous entry with stunning decor throughout. The open living and dining room is cozy and plenty of room for the whole crew to gather or watch a game on the 65" TV! Walk into the brand new fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances a coffee bar & table and everything you need to gather for a meal in with a half bath off the kitchen.
2ND FLOOR: (BDRM 1) Primary bedroom w/ king bed & ensuite bath w/ shower & work area. 55" TV in this room. (BDRM 2) Queen bed w/ Jack & Jill bath connecting (BDRM 3) w/ Queen bed.
3RD FLOOR: (BDRM 4) King bed (BDRM 5) 2 twin beds and a full bathroom on 3rd level.
You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. There is a driveway on the South (right side when you are facing it) that is for our home. You may also park on the street.
We are a text or call away but if we don't hear from you, we assume you are having a great time and have all you need :)

What a rental experience should/can be
Property was great. Owner was quick to respond to all questions, and when a question arose, it was the owner and not a third-party management service that responded.
NO unnecessary check out instructions required of us which was highly appreciated.

Walnut Oasis
My family and I needed a centrally located home to stay for a family memorial service. The home on Walnut met all our criteria and more. We loved the layout, central gathering areas and very private bedrooms. The home has been tastefully remodelled but still retains its original charm and warmth. We will definitely return to this lovely home the next time we gather in Kansas City.
Our host, Amber was a delight to work with during the reservation process and during our stay. She has other properties as well that we will be checking out for future travels.
