Kitchen and Dining:
− The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! It features a huge selection of dishes, glasses, and pans, neatly placed in drawers.
− Enough forks/knives/spoons, as well as plates, glasses, and cups for everyone in the family!
− Supplies for washing dishes are available.
− The refrigerator is large, with a part for pouring water and ice and the oven and microwave are new and ready to use.
− Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic dinner!

Bedrooms:
− This lovely home has 3 completely cozy and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for quality sleep and rest. With soft, quality cotton sheets you will have the best night’s sleep since you were a baby.
− Each room has a large and spacious closet, so your space will look homey, neat, and clean.
− Each room has blinds that close so that your room is in complete darkness so that you can rest perfectly, without any distractions. Wake up naturally, without rush and obligations, and completely rested and ready for a new day!

Bathrooms:
− With 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before taking a trip to the Kansas area.
− The bathrooms are brand new and renovated, never used.
− The latest supplies and tidy design with marble details make these bathrooms very functional and aesthetic.
− Bathrooms have enough space for your cosmetics collection, no matter how big it is. In this accommodation, everything has its place and everything will always look neat, even when you are on vacation.

Other Things To Note
− Please be sure to read through the House Manual upon check-in. It will help you make the most of your stay, as well as remind you of a few requests we make to keep you and our home in good shape. Also, if you have any suggestions for how we can make this amazing place even better, we'd love to hear from you.
− Smoking is not allowed in the house, but outside is allowed.
− You can invite guests, but please, no sleepovers
− Pets are not allowed
− You will receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
− Please take care of the furniture and dishes, because everything destroyed will be charged
− If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

An epic setting in Kansas City adds another layer of magic to your experience here. Kansas City is a friendly place, filled with salt-of-the-earth Midwesterners who smile at strangers as they pass them on the streets.
Things to explore: UMKC and Rockhurst University are only a 15 minutes away from this wonderful accommodation. On these campuses, you can get to know college student life and find out many interesting facts about schooling in Kansas City.
Then you can visit stunning museums such as Nelson Atkins Museum of art, Arabia Steamboat Museum, and the National World War Museum.
Food: Kansas City is home to some tasty cuisine, including its signature barbecue. In Kansas City, expect everything and anything to be barbecued: basically, no meat is off-limits (chicken, pork, ribs, beef brisket, ham, turkey, sausage, and so on). Typically, the meat gets a spice rub treatment and then is slow-roasted over aromatic wood like hickory. Sauces vary by the establishment but are usually thick, sweet, spicy, and tangy all at the same time. Kansas City natives and travelers say some of the best spots to go are Danny Edwards Boulevard BBQ and Arthur Bryant's Barbeque.

Kansas City offers a bike-share program, B-cycle, which is a good option for getting around to see the top attractions and exploring the neighborhoods. The first 30 minutes of usage are free, then it's $2 per half hour after. Multiday options are also available.
