Hotel was closed and condemned. A 3 star hotel????
Arrived late only to find a desolate area. Closed and condemned hotel. What a joke spent evening looking for another hotel to stay. You should check out places before offering them to people. This placed was a total mess. Looked like no one had even been around for years. Biggest dump I have ever seen. 3 star rating??????How could you mislead people. Would have never stayed if it was new. Bad area. We had no idea where anything was because we were from out of state. Questioning Expedia??????chalk that up to experience. Never again. Wished I would have taken a pictute. Totally ruined the start of a vacation.

closed down without any notice!!
We prepaid online. It was our anniversary and were looking forward to a romantic night. We arrived to a hotel that was completely closed down. We had NO idea! There were no phone calls, no emails, texts...NOTHING to let us know to make other arrangements! And NO WAY to contact the hotel for a refund or other arrangements. Very disappointed!

We arrived at 10:30pm to find our hotel was no longer in business..... it was a bad experience, however the note on the door explained the Mark Adam's hotel would honor our reservation and they did! Mark Adam's Hotel was excellent in every way!

Not bad for the price and location.
Real close to all the casinos. Several diffrent restraints with in one mile of Hotel. The hotel is huge. It's kind of run down but the room wasn't bad. Nothing fancy but then again I spent a majority if my time at Harras and the Artists Casino. I would stay there again for the price.

A lot of bad little good.
The hotel looked very run down and almost abandoned on the outside. The breakfast was only toast and cold cereal. The walk area had holes in he ceiling that was leaking during our stay. On our floor the ice machine didn't work and the gym had an annoying beeping noise all weekend. In the room the TV is about 30 years old and made a loud high piercing ring if it was on for too long. The wifi was spotty or nonexistent could not connect the whole 3 nights I was there. At night there were a group of gentlemen outside the hotel trying to get in but the hotel manager would not let them in as if they didn't belong. One of the men outside smelled of weed. The carpet was dirty in our room and there was only one trash can in the whole room and it was not in the bathroom of all places. The AC worked perfectly to the point it was really cold. That was a plus and the bed was very soft and comfy. Other then that I probably would not return in the future. The McDonald's near by is 24hrs.

The room was HUGE, The bed was massive and very comfortable, the view from the 8th floor was nothing less than impressive. The staff were very nice, breakfast was sparse but delicious, our room was clean, and I felt safe. Hotel suffering in some places cosmetically but still a very nice place to stay!

I will not stay at this hotel again....
I was impressed with the staff, they went above and beyond to try and help my stay be better,there was no bellman.Overall property is very poor,leaking water in the hallway leading to the elevator.The elevator was very rickety,only one elevator was in service, so we had to wait a long time. There was NOT ice/vending on my floor. My a/c didn't work. The repair man came immediately, and they found me another room, but it was on a different floor from where my friends were staying. The hotel claimed they were full, but the parking lot was very empty.When I got to the new room, the shower didn't drain properly, so I had above the ankle water by the time I was done. There was no fridge in the room. No drapes on the windows, only shades, so in the morning the sun woke me up. The TV was very small so it was hard to see from any angle in the room. When we returned to the room on Saturday night, we were locked out, and our keys didn't open any of the doors. We finally pounded on the front door of the lobby until someone came and let us in. I won't stay there again, even though it's in the perfect location for events that I attend once a month in that area. I would rather drive farther and pay more for a nicer place.

Worst stay ever
Totally crap place horrible.and when I say horrible I mean it. Tub was filthy didn't even drain. Hair dryer didn't work. Tv didn't work. Windows were filthy and the landscaping hadn't been touched all summer. There was a leak in the middle of a hall that was there the entire time and no one addressed it except with a caution sign. If i.could give it. O stars I would. Oh and the beds were old and horribe to sleep on the sheets were the roughest I've ever felt even sounded like paper when u moved. Awful. Don't do it.

Hard to believe that Wyndham admits it's theirs
Hotel is out of the way in an industrial park. It is poorly maintained. Stains everywhere - rugs, bedsheets. Paint chipping everywhere. Looks like it may have been nice at one time but hojos or Wyndham have decided not to keep it up. It is very, very rundown. More of what you would expect from a very low budget roadside motel. Nowhere to eat in the hotel or even near it except Denny's, McDonalds, and Quicktrip. Hard to believe that Wyndham would attach its name to such a place. If it had been my 1st experience in a Wyndham hotel, I'd never stay in another one. I still may not based on that experience.

This the worst hotel..why are they still open..first room..yes I said first..the toilet was broken..2nd room floor had hugh stains,air didnt work..3rd room restroom floors and sink dirty,and no wash cloths. .air was broken..just walking thru the hall felt like hell..ceilings had holes and water damage..had oder thu hotel..no ice machines on all 9 floors. .the desk clerk came up to check the air the 3rd room..he goes to it and said that it worked..I replied. ..you are kidding right..you this room is hot..Needless to say..I went downstairs and got a full refund..this place is totally trash

Will never stay, my first and last time. Room was so dirty, tv was not working properly, only had one towel in bathroom and the shower was either hot or cold. Look at the pictures than decide to stay.

It was not a good experience. The hotel is dirty.
The hotel staff were ok. The room was dirty, light bulbs out, phone didn't work, valence was hanging off shades, the shades didn't work well, wallpaper torn off, glued back on, and coming off again. There were no bed bugs (because we looked,) however we found a toy BB gun under the bed that initially looked real. When we turned it in, it didn't seem to alarm the staff. The complimentary breakfast was terrible; didn't even eat it. Calling it a "convention center" is a joke. You would think the location (near Worlds of Fun and Arrowhead) would be a good reason to keep the place neat and clean.

The room was big, the beds were small. The bathroom had hair all over the floor which is disgusting to me and the bar area with the coffee pot had crumbs so it made me feel like the room wasnt cleaned. We were so tired since it was 1130 we just went to sleep woke up and left. For the price I'd expect more.

In an Industrial Area
The hotel itself looked in need of a refresh although it was clean in places and they seem to be working hard to get rid of all the smells. Breakfast was OK but only cereal breads fruit and yogurt....nothing else. The dining area was just OK the chairs looked like they needed a good clean. The carpets were stained. The room itself was almost fine. When I arrived there was hairs on the carpet leading to the bathroom. The room was comfortable. There was a coffee maker although only one cup provided. The room had an Iron and Ironing board. The TV was small flat screen with a limited selection of channels working. The internet was fast. Unless it improves I would not stay at the hotel again.

The room was very dirty. Wifi and tv wouldn't work. Sheets had stains. There was food under the bed. The walls had water damage and had pieces chipping off.
