Lots of space, great layout
The property is awesome for groups traveling together. The home is a split level so it allows each traveler to have a higher level of privacy than you would get in a hotel. We love going to the casinos when in KC and the Argosy is an easy drive down the street. There is a nice deck and grill provided that we would have used if it was warmer out. Overall amazing stay!

Good property for our family to stay together for a wedding in the KC area. Easy to get to the property and to the other places we needed to go to for the weekend. We liked the nature walk area that was close to the house.

Perfect for a family gathering or friends
We were 3 couples in a family to spend time with our parents. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we all slept well. It was nice to have the driveway. The host was very responsive.

We were in town to help get our daughter get settled at school. The duplex offered plenty of space for 4 of us. We also enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. The location was good for what we needed. The owner was accommodating when we requested a later check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and it was very close to all the things we wanted to see in KC. We had a little mix up getting locked out the first night but the homeowner was quick to respond.

Successful girls trip. The property was conveniently located, slightly outside the city limits, making it easy to to and from our destinations. We spent an evening at "home base" playing board games and had a blast!

Kansas City trip
It was stale when we walked in but we expected that for a rental if no one just left. We were visiting family in Parkville so this place was close. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with one downstairs private bedroom. Close to freeway and grocery stores. 15 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to downtown KC. We would stay here again.

The house was a little nicer than the pictures let on. Only negative was that the dishes were left in the dish drainer and not put away and there was some expired food/drink in the fridge.

Overall nice place. The only recommendation would be to get some glassware in the cupboards for drinks. There were only a few wine glasses and some coffee mugs. No regular cups or glasses for drinks at all. If you rent this home you might want to bring some with you. We enjoyed our stay!

Good place to stay in KC
Good place to stay. Exactly as described and clean. There are 2 forms of locks either way you get into the house be it the front door or garage which was difficult to get into and was given a different codes via email and messaging. The host was able to resolve as quickly as possible but I have never had an issue like this before with other rentals. Overall I would stay again.

The house was very nice inside and clean. We had considerable difficulty with the entry into the house as the codes given to us didn’t seem to work. The host did respond with the correct code for entry when we called him, though. Other than the entry issue, it was a pleasant stay.

My sister, nephews and I have outgrown hotel rooms when we visit Kansas City for Comicon and thought we'd rent a house this time. It was a fairly quick trio to and from downtown. It was a nice house,perfect for what we needed. The only thing was we were sad the tub stopper wouldn't seal tight enough to fill up and soak after walking around the convention center for hours. But bonus, the wall color is perfect for selfish in costume

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and 21 year old nephew. Place was perfect as everyone had a room and their own bathroom. Beds were very comfy and each bathroom had all the necessities and then some. My only critique is the water and ice on the fridge we’re not hooked up and no ice cube trays. Would have been nice to have ice water during 90 degree days. No drinking or water glasses either. Could only find wine or champagne. Other than those two small things the place was great to stay at. Oh, garage parking was amazing the one day we had to come and go during a rain storm.

Everything downstairs wasn’t working and we came to the house with a broken table that we cleaned up and the tv in the downstairs living aint working and the toilet seat was broken also the door downstairs doesn’t Lock but over all everything else was nice neighbors and the neighborhood was nice I will be coming but y’all need to fix it

We were there for my son‘s football tournament and it accommodated us and what we needed for the trip. Very spacious three bedroom three bath. The living room is very big, but would suggest a different sexual couch or something that seated more people. The small loveseat wasn’t very comfortable. The place needs a fresh coat of paint but otherwise it was decently clean. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, but was close by where we were needing to say. The neighbors across the street got . The neighbors across the street got into a confrontation one morning and were screaming at each other outside. If anything, it was very entertaining. We liked the fact that this place had a garage. The check-in process wasn’t the greatest because the the key was not where it was supposed to be but the owner quickly responded back even though it was 10 PM at night so we were grateful for that. We would stay here again.
