You get what you pay for. I thought being a Hilton hotel they would have higher standards. Very dated hotel that needs some significant upgrades. The biggest being the carpets! Stains throughout the hotel and in our room. We made a point not to take our socks off!
Not so much the hotels fault but kids were unattended by parents, playing tag and hide and seek throughout the entire hotel and holding up the elevators doing so. The security guard was doing his best to stop the kids, but he didn’t seem to have much success. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.
We couldn’t find a vending machine, even though it stated they were on all even floors, so we had to go to the gift shop by the front desk for drinks and snacks.
The positives of the stay were that other the. The carpet, the furniture, bed and bathroom were clean. The staff was accommodating and I would like to give kudos to the security guard. I didn’t get his name but he Ius originally from Dallas. We were at a table in the lobby and he made a point to stop and apologize for all the kids running wild and said he was working to put a stop to it. Great guy!
