No coffe pots in room, dining area dirty. Staf f not helpful. I told them my blow dry wanting wrong. Night could understand me and shift said she did not the rooms had one? Did not offer to relpace. I will not stay here again. They partial cleaned room but didnt not replace any towels or wash clothes.

Noise from freeway, window was not sealed and cold draft came in. Not vacuumed and was dusty. No shampoo, etc. staff was not friendly. Smelled like smoke in hallways, dinghy. Will never stay again.

Room was fine, shower head a little dated. Walls are made of paper, can hear other room's tvs, and the people in the room above me sounded like there were going to fall through. Good cheap room to sleep if you're only staying for a night.

Staff not up to par! Bathroom light did not work, as well as a much needed one in the room! Commode was unexceptable, had to ask for washcloth! The one chair in the room was metal and uncomfortable! Bed was mediocre!

They gave us a bad conditional room; a broken window covered with tape; a bug was on the shade, and the bed frame or headboard was very nasty. The shower was too lukewarm. That room was poor. Need to do better cleaning and check accordingly before your guests if you want them to be happy and satisfied.

The carpets in the stairs were dirty. Our room, especially the bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in it. 3 small pillows with no extra when we asked at the desk. Minimal breakfast.
